NCAA Division III FACT Rankings

David Rothman (1935-2004) created this system of ranking sports teams through mathematical means. He placed his BASIC code into the public domain. His page can be found at here. This ranking system was part of the BCS formula used in Division I-A until it was decided that margin of victory should not be used in the computer methods. My perception of the lack of good computer rankings for Division III inspired me to adapt this code so that it includes only games between the 223 interconnected D3 teams (i.e. NESCAC teams are not included). The results of these computations are below.
